Tech Lead PHP

Key Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in the overall success of our organization by project planning, managing, and monitoring technical functions.
• Lead various research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Lead the Project team in design methods and principles, adopting a standard for issue and risk management as well as the delivery excellence
• Maintain and improve products to achieve business goals following Product mindset
• Make plans for the projects assigned, and execute the plan effectively with various stakeholders: tech, account and operations teams.
• Lead and drive Technology & Data team to define/ tailor software architecture & development of Internal application & omni-channel system supporting products
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Consult technical solution / strategy to solve Client's problem and meet objectives.
• Build and motivate the development team, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant Management certification may be required.
• At least 3+ year experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency of at least one of our core development languages: NodeJS, PHP, Typescript/React/Vue, Java, Etc...
