Mô tả công việc
The Technical Leader Backend Java will drive the efficient delivery of change through analysis, definition, and documentation of requirements whilst identifying potential solutions using agile delivery frameworks.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality Java applications using Spring Boot framework.
• Guide and mentor junior
developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, design patterns, and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with
product owners,
business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and estimate project timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in the Java ecosystem.
• Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Yêu cầu
• Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• English: Fluent
• At least 10 years experience full stack or on Java projects for backend
• Knowledge working Java/JEE, Spring Boot framework
• Have knowledge working with Automation and Performance Tools such as Selenium, JMeter
• Have knowledge working in AWS environment and RDMS DB, especially MS SQL
• Have knowledge of scan code tools as Sonarqube, Owasp
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
