Technical Assistant (Trợ Lý Kỹ Thuật)

Main Duties ​
1. Project management and coordination:
-Work closely with Head/Deputy Head of MDI, Module directors to develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
-Assist leadership in handling management requests and proposals accurately and in a timely manner.
-Prepare and coordinate to complete regular status reports to leadership for assigned and dedicated topics.
-Coordinate internally and/ or with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of Vehicle development related project tasks.
2. Technical support and innovation:
-Provide technical support and guidance to the Engineering team on regulations, procedures, ECR/ DCR, and problem solving activities including mastery of JIRA IMS
-Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
-Propose and support implementation of improvement initiatives in daily operations.
3. Others:
-Act as a coordination focal point between Engineering and Cross functional teams to ensure smooth technical execution and information flow.
-Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for VDD systems and processes.
-Support and/or participate in 1st layer inspection activities; follow up inspection actions and ensure timely closure in Jira system.
-Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
