Direct sample review with customers: Video meetings with customers, discussion and approval of sewing methods and fitting effects.
Discuss sewing quality, assist the MR in setting up the PI, and provide feasible sewing recommendations.
Review Tech Pack requirements, clarify unreasonable sewing methods and dimensions, and provide solutions.
Check the quality of samples to meet customer requirements and write sample evaluation reports.
Discuss pattern form issues with Pattern Makers, identify fitting problems, and assist in pattern adjustments.
Optimize sewing methods, consolidate production processes, discuss improved patterns, and increase profit margins.
Participate in Production Planning (PP) meetings, propose sample issues requiring attention and quality requirements.
Immediately report product code issues, incorporate solutions, and report to superiors.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduated from college/university with a major in garment and fashion design.
Proficient in English.
Experienced in the garment industry (understanding sewing methods and techniques) /
Freshers in garment manufacturing will receive training.
Knowledge of patterns and designs is preferred.
Relevant experience in garment and mass production development.
