A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
- Responsible for updating data in ERP system - within Response rule (Policy).
- To create the E.C.R (Engineering Change Request) after receive the request from production or related departments.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
- Monitoring and making sure that all data update in the system are timely accurately.
- To work with Sales or Planning Manager and other related departments. Provide full information, supporting and checking all variants in ERP system.
- To work with TD group, supporting and correcting drawing.
- Solving the problem and suggest solution for other department to update in ERP system (in case not suitable ...).
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
- To create and submit the E.C.R into system - follow up
- Ensure that every ECR is following internal agreements, that all relevant people sign the ECR, and that the documentation is done correctly.
Yêu cầu
- Workplace: A13 - A14, Street #1, Uyen Hung Industrial Park, Uyen Hung Ward, Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam
- Graduated from the college or university.
- English: reading, writing, speaking and hearing skill in A level above or similar.
- Office computing: Word, Excel, MS Power Point, ERP system, Internet, Autocad.
- At Least 1 year working experience in planning field (planning, production or similar) or technical field.
- Proactive: dynamic, learning growth.
- Soft skills: communication, delegation, motivation, problems & solving, teamwork, time management.
