Develop new products and technologies, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure that projects align with the company's strategic objectives
Project documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to handle and fix scope for improvement in product nomenclature.
Benchmarking the product with other competitors for improvements- Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
Coordination with Sales/ marketing and Tech team
Participation in innovation process.
Participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of experiments to test new concepts or improve existing products and processes.
Certification and Certificate of Confirmation (CoC)
R&D MIS (Prepare and present reports on R&D activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management
Ensure effective usage of Testing machines
Trial and validation run of test
Participation in inter laboratory testing & witness
Maintenance of test facility for prompt and reliable service
Organizing installation, commissioning and training
Calibration and servicing
Documentation
Systematic record keeping of testing
Maintaining ISO IEC accreditation
Any other responsibilities assigned at time to time
SAP activities
Participation in audits
Document all phases of research and development.
Manage customer relationships and reviews, customer visits, and product testing.
Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process and finished products.
Comply with the company's safety and regulations
Interacting with QC, R&D teams to cater their needs as centralized R&D
