What You Will Do
1. Design, define, and execute test plans and validation strategies for broadband networking products.
2. Perform functional, performance, stability, and regression testing.
3. Use network diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and Tcpdump to investigate issues and identify root causes.
4. Collaborate with development teams to reproduce defects and ensure product quality.
5. Build and improve QA processes, testing standards, and validation methodologies.
6. Establish automation testing roadmaps and promote QA best practices.
7. Mentor junior QA engineers and support team capability growth.
8. Drive release readiness and continuous improvement of product quality and test coverage.
Yêu cầu
1. 3-5+ years of experience in Broadband, Networking, or Telecom product validation.
2. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, and network troubleshooting.
3. Hands-on experience with network diagnostic and packet analysis tools (Wireshark, Tcpdump, etc.).
4. Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading testing activities.
6. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, or related fields.
