Technical Lead / Solution Architect Open Tech Stack

ABOUT INAPPS

• InApps Technology is a software engineering company based in Vietnam, working with clients across the US, EU, Australia/ NZ, and Singapore. We're moving beyond traditional outsourcing to become an AI-native embedded engineering partner - dedicated teams that think, architect, and deliver like an in-house team

THE ROLE

• This is a hands-on technical leadership role - part solution architect, part delivery lead. You'll work directly with clients, own technical quality across our projects, and use AI tools every day, right alongsideyour team.
• You won't be buried in project admin - a Project Manager handles the day-to-day details. You own the architecture, the standards, and the outcomes. And you'll report directly to the CEO.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• The technical quality and architecture of every client project.
• Solution design for pre-sales - you'll present your thinking directly to international clients.
• High-level delivery oversight across our ODC, fixed-price, and managed service work.
• Bringing AI coding agents into our real dev workflows - and leading by example.
• Mentoring and up skilling engineers across the company.
• Turning our technical capabilities into offerings clients can buy: POC/MVP packages, AI audits, managed services.

TECH STACK (not limit but preferred)

• Front-end: React preferred
• Mobile (nice to have): Flutter, React Native preferred
• Back-end: [protected info], Python preferred
• Cloud: AWS preferred
• AI Tool for Development: Claude Code, LangChain, RAG pipeline, vector DB
• AI Deployment: CI/CD for AI pipelines, AWS Bedrock

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 8+ years building software, with at least 3 years leading as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager.
• You've managed teams of 10+ - bonus if that included both in-house and contractor engineers.
• Strong solution architecture skills: you can design a system from scratch and walk a client through your thinking.
• You actually use AI coding tools in real projects - Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code + AI, or similar.
• Professional English - you're comfortable leading discovery calls and presenting to US, AU, andEU clients.
• A background in IT services or ITO is a clear advantage

• Competitive Package - Base Salary plus Quarterly Performance Bonus. The final number depends on your experience and impact, and we're open to talking for the right person.
• Head of Engineering - a real path to Head of Engineering within 6-12 months. It depends on results and business needs - we're upfront about that, because we want the title to mean something when you earn it.
