Our client is a Japanese packaging manufactory, we are looking for potential talent for the post of Technical Manager (Flexible Packaging) with details as:
Leading QA/QC Team for quality inspection, control and monitoring internal production also related partner to ensure quality of finished good product performance.
Building a robust system for New product development prototype & End to End Qualification process from customer requirement to finished product delivery.
Responsible for building of packaging material specification to be aligned with customer agreement also related partner ion whole supply chain and manufacturing
Strong technical background of flexible packaging knowledge understanding especially rich experience in spouted pouch production
Well understanding customer testing protocol and collaboration of development work in smooth manner to avoid failure result as unexpected issue
Good communication with Sales team for hunting new business development as role of technical consultant and proper recommendation
Coordination with related team internally functional team and related partner all technical information to be communicated with Production, Quality team
Negotiating all agreements with customers, including pricing, rebates and ensure aligned margin to be matched company expectation
Proposing a strategic commercial approach to Senior members in Company BOD in local also regional team based on latest trend, innovation development in spouted pouch
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly report aligned as company reporting system

Previous rich experience and a comprehensive understanding of the flexible packaging converting in both material science, manufacturing process and product performance testing criteria - especially in Spouted Pouch in different categories
Well understanding about sustainability development such as mono materials, recyclable materials, compostable materials to be a preferable one
Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Resilience and initiative, with a 'can do attitude'
Good communicate in both Vietnamese & English
