Technical Manager (Hydropower)

• Provided high level project management expertise from Design and Technical perspective. • Lead the designs for Hydro projects (total capacity of 50MW Hydro Project were involved in) • Play a pl role in sustainable and commercially responsive asset management for the operating Hydro Plants, through the successful delivery of large projects with a Civil engineering • Lead the Technical and Quality team to build high levels of engagement, cohesion, collaboration and performance, ensure the safe and timely achievement of required outcomes to agreed budget and required quality aspects. • Prepare the Road map for the engineering and Quality aspects for the construction plant and the Asset Management for Operational plant. • Be responsible for the overall management, leadership, direction, and proper implementation of a hydropower Technical and Quality Aspects. • Managing and functioning of the project Technical unit, and consultants. • Prepare detailed cost estimates in Sync with Project Director, manage the budget and cost control, perform capital program management and financial and project schedule reporting. • New project Development Support as Time to time required by the company. • Provide help in feasibility analysis. • Participate and lead tender technical Specification preparation, tender evaluations from technical and commercial aspect, Quality supervision and claims management. Manage problem solving processes with respect to design and Quality. • Review and approval of all drawings, Designs, change of scope, review and approval of all quality works leading to payment to the contractors/suppliers. • Oversee site provisions for employee occupational safety and health programs. Time to time Work and communicate with local and national authorities on the hydropower project, as required by the company. • Communicate regularly and report on the Design/ Drawing progress and operating assets generation progress on regular basis.
