- Responsible for driving and integrating various research and development activities within the company.
- Coordinate research and development resources and talents.
- Develop the company's technology development roadmap and new product development to achieve the company's technological innovation goals.
- Lead the technological direction for researching the latest products and formulate technology development strategy plans.
- Provide guidance and participate in requirements analysis and preliminary design for new products and organise and participate in technical problem-solving.
Your Skills and Experience
- Have at least 5 years of technical management experience.
- Have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Have experience with various programming languages, such as PHP, Go, Java, Angular, React, and .NET Core, among others.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Trello project management platforms.
- Bonus points for experience with CDN, ERP, and E-commerce.
- Practical experience managing large development teams.
- Ability to design and implement effective performance evaluation systems.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of project management principles.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Language requirements: English - listening/intermediate, speaking/intermediate, reading/advanced, writing/advanced.
