Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of an innovative Digital Agency expanding their business in HCMC.
Job Summary:
As their business changes and develops, our client is seeking for a creative Technical Manager with at least 3-5 of significant leadership experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for assigning projects to a team of developers and lead them into achieving outstanding results.
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for leading a team and providing technical direction by establishing technical vision, resolving technical disagreements, and managing the technical quality of team deliverables
· Ensuring the team uses appropriate engineering practices and that the system evolves to meet its changing needs and environment
· Making informed decisions, identifying technical risks, and maintaining trust with developers
· Scheduling and preparing 1-on-1s with team members focused on feedback and career development
· Meeting with stakeholders outside of the team keeping a good information flow
· Acquiring appropriate budget for development to support business goals
· Responsible for recruitment and retention to meet team or IT headcount
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
· 3-5 of significant leadership experience in Digital Projects, Marketing Agencies or Outsourcing Companies
· Development background
· Scrum Master certificate is a plus
· Knowledge of writing code and being able to identify good quality code
· Good understanding about how software is deployed, managed, and operated in a production environment
· Knowledge of Agile, Android/iOS and PHP
· Business Analyst background is preferred (How to bring value to the client)
· Confident, mature, and proactive
· Fluent English
