Lead, mentor, and elevate the development team, improving workflow efficiency, communication, and output quality.
Define and execute the company's long-term technology vision and product roadmap, aligned with business goals.
Systematically introduce AI tools and automation to enhance productivity, QA, and development processes.
Serve as the technical liaison between the development team, product lead/CIO, and executive management.
Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools for potential adoption or integration.
Oversee all systems administration, ensuring uptime, security, and performance across AWS, Google Cloud, and integrated platforms.
Manage Google Domain Administration, Vanta security monitoring, and compliance controls (including GDPR, FERPA, COPPA, PRIVO, 9ine, EDSafe, OneRoster, and additional projects as they come online).
Supervise Amazon Server monitoring, backups, and maintenance, ensuring scalability and resilience.
Lead integration development (APIs, SSO, data pipelines) and evaluate opportunities to replace subscriptions with custom or open-source solutions.
Oversee website infrastructure and new builds (hosting, backend management, and new builds)
Act as the tech representative for schools, managing technical onboarding, support, and communication.
Serve as the point of contact for vendors and technology partners, ensuring smooth coordination and issue resolution.
Provide product-level direction and feedback to ensure the technology aligns with the overall vision and user needs.
Oversee QA testing and automation, including test coverage, performance benchmarking, and continuous integration pipelines.
Implement data-driven monitoring systems to evaluate performance, uptime, and user experience.
Coordinate tech support across the company, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution.

10+ years in
software engineering, with 3+ years in technical management or leadership roles.
Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS or global web platforms (preferably in EdTech or consumer technology).10+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in technical management or leadership roles.
Experience in integration with analytics products / platforms.
Strong foundation in modern full-stack development, clean architecture, and SOLID principles.
Solid understanding of DevOps (CI/CD & Logs/Alerts/Uptime-monitoring) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, multi-tenant architectures, API design, SSO protocols, and data pipelines (collect, clean, process, transform, display data).
Experience and proficiency in AI-based workflow improvement and integration of AI features to improve teams' productivity, development processes and software products.
Strong experience in agile development processes, time & effort tracking, issue & requirement tracking, work planning.
Excellent written and spoken English; basic Vietnamese proficiency required.
Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
A bias for action and a self-driven approach to problem-solving and team improvement.
Nice-to-Have: Background in education technology, LMS/LXP, or learning analytics.
Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with multi-region deployments, multi-language systems, and global compliance frameworks.
Nice-to-Have: Experience in fundraising, technical due diligence, and investor relations (helpful for future CTO-level growth).
Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of AI/ML or learning analytics systems (education related).
