🚀 Lapis3D builds smart EPC software, including 3D Data Processing, Digital Twin Solutions, Web-based 3D Viewers, and Engineering Data Platforms. Based in Korea and expanding globally! 🌏
✅ Position Overview :
Connect Project Management, Developers, QA, and Customers.
Not a coding-focused role.
Track progress, manage issues, coordinate QA, and support smooth project delivery.
Communicate with developers and understand technical discussions.
✅ Responsibilities :
1. Project Coordination: Understand technical discussions, GitHub issue tracking, schedule monitoring, blocker follow-up, Dev-QA coordination, meeting support.
2. Issue & Delivery : Track issue flow from Development → QA → Delivery, documentation updates, support release and delivery, status reporting.
3. Communication: Coordinate among Dev, QA, PM, and Customers, organize meetings, clarify requirements.
4. Soft Skills: Identify risks/blockers, track progress, coordinate teams, and support smooth delivery
✅ Requirements :
3+ years Experience in Software Development, QA, Technical Support, or Project Coordination.
Basic SDLC understanding. Experience with GitHub, Jira, or similar tools.
Effective communication with developers, good organizational and documentation skills.
Nice to Have: Agile/Scrum, international team experience
Plus point (Optional): Korean language skills.
