Technical Project Manager freeC's Client

The Technical Project Manager/Expert is expected to be able to independently manage/ work with a team to manage all the project related requirements for requirement elicitation, design, develop and including integration with multiple internal and externals system;
Ability to work with Offshore team and manage the project deliverables with customers and other stakeholders.
Expected Tasks to be performed:
Understand customer requirement, current landscape, with different stakeholders and detail the requirements;
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for requirements elicitation and communicate, clarify the requirements with the development teams at offshore;
Understand the legacy system, interface requirements, and elicit the requirements;
Understand/collaborate the Open source technology architecture in Java, Camunda (Workflow), reports (Jasper), Angular (UI)other open source stack of the application;
Participate and review the architecture, design with customer stakeholders and feedback with offshore development team;
Provide necessary inputs on the architecture and design of the solutions;
Understanding of DB design and modeling and participate in reviews;
Provide inputs/support in architecture and design of the solution;
Establish the overall development methodology and practices for the engagement;
Ability to deep dive of any critical task with hands on, in any of the open technology stack;
Project/task planning for the respective project modules;
Ensure all project sign off is performed for technical artifacts;
Participate and manage the scope changes and perform change management with effort and estimations;
Collaborate with relevant partners (internal and external) for understanding and designing the overall solution;
Participate in code quality, code reviews and provide necessary feedback;
Deliver all relevant project documentation in Japanese as agreed in the project scope;
Facilitate to provide project related queries to offshore teams in discussion with customer stakeholders;
Provide DEMO to customers and stake holders of the applications;
Participate and Manage Testing cycle of the project;
Train the project team / business users on the system and interface, application related topics;
Identify and support in any Proof of concepts needed for the project along with the development teams;
Bring experience of Japan specific business needs in claim management process;
Understand/guide the project development teams for the overall project activities;
Setup and have necessary meetings and discussions with the project teams and customer stakeholders.
