About the Role
Hitachi Digital Services is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead complex IoT and digital modernization initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery across distributed engineering teams, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, system architecture, and global commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance: Lead the full lifecycle of IoT and software delivery projects-managing timelines, scope, budgets, and operational risk.
Cross-Team Coordination: Align global engineering teams across Vietnam, India, Portugal, and the US with external clients and technology vendors.
Technical Communication: Facilitate discussions on IoT requirements, hardware/software integration, schedules, and technical trade-offs.
Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify project dependencies, mitigate delivery bottlenecks, and enforce rigorous quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: Champion Agile project governance to accelerate delivery velocity and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven track record as a Technical Project Manager or IT Project Manager delivering enterprise software or IoT/connected systems.
Strong background in end-to-end project lifecycle management (SDLC, Agile/Scrum).
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-functional, distributed, and cross-border teams.
Exceptional stakeholder management, technical negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
