Mô tả công việc
The PM role for this project will be in charge of all operations regarding the development, quality assurance and delivery of frontend/backend developments within Endpoint Security 5.2. Responsibilities mainly consist of communication and scheduling along with project task management. This role will be the key cornerstone in accomplishing Endpoint Security 5.2's enhancements in the coming years.
Lead a high performance team to achieve development goals that meet Samsung SDS' quality standards and ensure compliance with all applicable policies, quality requirements and regulations
Analyze service requests' business requirements, plan and execute tasks for accurate and timely delivery
Communicate with both HQ's business owners, verification team, agent development team for various activities including, business requirement definition, release verifications and development
Ensure the team's processes and activities are communicated and coordinated efficiently
Assess priority and manage tasks accordingly
Foster healthy collaborative relationship with relevant stakeholders with excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
Determine and define clear goals for the team based on development requirements
Hold regular team meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 8 years of experience in development and software development project management
Expert knowledge of Software Engineering best practices, Software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Good written communication skills for writing and overseeing technical documentations
Ability to create high level designs based on given requirements and communicate it to the development team.
Ability to document the development design and approach for the features developed by the team
Experience in communicating with other teams such as technical team, testing team and business team to collect requirements, review development requirements, test cases and convert product requirements into technical requirements.
Ability to work with client to establish efficient processes
Good problem solving skills
Bachelors / Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field in a reputed institution
Basic English communication
Proficient in using tools: Jira, Confluence
Good understanding in usage of tools such as: Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube, BlackduckHub, Blackduck Protex
