Mô tả công việc
- Strong ability to review and evaluate adequacy of existing policies, standards and procedures that affect the performance of the Project Control Analyst, Mentor and Quality Lead roles and responsibilities;
- Strong ability to read and interpret the data, perform verification and notice corresponding managers if any indication goes down, get to right escalation and work with the manager on action plan and follow up to turn the track back;
- Strong ability to articulate improvement suggestions to the established Project Management Program;
- Strong ability to handle activities on multiple projects within the same or different accounts. Ability to handle multiple project responsibilities simultaneously and switch among them quickly to meet prioritized business needs;
- Strong ability to work independently with integrity. Also ability to work in a team environment, even when remote support is required;
- Strong ability to independently generate presentations regarding Project Control Analyst activities and status, and present them to senior management;
- Define the technological strategy with the development team of each project;
- Help to identify high risk areas in the building & stores of An Nam Group;
- Supervision of new property development projects from study stage (cost, architectural, environmental etc) to the execution & completion on site;
- Manage the Construction & Maintenance (C&M) team to handle the store construction & maintenance project & stores to make sure the highest quality & meet deadline;
- Supervise the performance of the Contractors / Suppliers and reviews contract plans and specifications for compliance with appropriate project requirements;
- Contact & cooperate with Authorized Department related to C&M projects;
- Handle all activities relate the construction project: Preparation, testing, inspection, safety, handing over and as-built document;
- Manage maintenance staff: work plan, work report, work schedule, technical method, etc.;
- Setting up the planning of maintenance for building & stores. Follow up maintenance works;
- Perform other ad-hoc projects or special tasks assigned by Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree in Project Management, Techique or relative fields. MBA preferred.
- +6 years of experience in technical project management.
- Strong knowledge of organization's policies and procedures, project management principles and practices, software development methodologies such as Catalyst and project management tools such as MS Project, ePMO, Performa and WSM/Novient.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Project and specialized softwares in technical.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodology such as those found in the Project Management Institute.
- Mature, tactful, innovative and progressive.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality.
- French speaking will be preferable. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
- May require to working extra hours, exceeding the normal work days in view of completion of work or meeting deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with and persuade technical staffs, upper management, customers, and support personnel
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills for interacting with project team members and upper management.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor less experienced personnel.
- Strong knowledge of estimating, budgeting, and scheduling practices.
