The company's flagship product is a web-based application designed to manage large-scale media libraries (photos, videos, audio files, documents...). As a direct result of 15+ years of independent R&D, Cortex is the most flexible DAM on the market. The solution has been chosen by clients to manage their large digital assets libraries.

YOUR MISSION

The Technical Project Manager manages software implementation projects and serves as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.

Essential Functions:

• Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of the project.
• Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, risks, and staffing.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
• Overseeing quality control throughout the project's lifecycle, coordinating the efforts of various teams, and ensuring all are actively working towards established milestones.

The most successful candidates for this role will have:

• 3+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise software implementations.
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work.
• Open-minded and willing to venture off the beaten track.
