We are looking for Technical Project Manager

Lead a high performance team to achieve development goals that meet Samsung SDS' quality standards and ensure compliance with all applicable policies, quality requirements and regulations.
Communicate with both HQ's business owners, verification team, agent development team for various activities including, business requirement definition, release verifications and development.
Ensure the team's processes and activities are communicated and coordinated efficiently.
Assess priority and manage tasks accordingly.
Foster healthy collaborative relationship with relevant stakeholders with excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
Hold regular team meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
Help the team achieve excellence in areas including quality, predictability, flow and velocity. Help the team focus on daily and iteration goals in the context of team objectives.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
5+ years of relevant experience in development of WEB / JAVA.
2 - 3+ years of experience in leading technical team with over 15 people.
Experience in developing web Application based on Framework and DevOps.
Ability to structure, analyze, and develop Oracle/MySQL or PostgreSQL, good command on Java, Spring, HTML5.
Ability to create high level designs based on given requirements and communicate it to the development team.
Extensive experience in using Agile/Sprints & a product (MVP) centric design; Applying Devops (CICD) and automation throughout the program development and rollouts.
Proficient in using tools: Jira, Confluence.
Effective analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems, issues and solutions.
Experience in working with other teams such as technical team, testing team and business team to collect requirements, review development requirements, test cases and convert product requirements into technical requirements.
Great communication skills (stakeholder management, negotiation, Facilitation, influencing) including strong skills in active listening to improve team effectiveness and performance.
Ability to work with client to establish efficient processes.
Experience in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.) and container (docker, podman, rocket etc.) is a plus.
