The Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development to lead our projects and teams. This role requires not only solid project management expertise but also hands-on technical understanding to bridge between clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project activities across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, proper estimation, and smooth execution of software projects.
Create, manage, and track all project aspects: planning, scheduling, scope management, quality control, cost control, risk & issue management, and reporting.
Ensure organizational and
software engineering standards/practices are followed.
Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize project tasks and coordinate product roadmap development.
Apply Agile/Scrum practices effectively, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
Mentor and support team members in skill development and technical growth.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and high-quality delivery.
Yêu cầu
Your Skills and Experience
Excellent English fluency in both written and spoken communication.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Previous hands-on experience as a Software
Developer/Engineer (minimum 2-3 years) before moving into a manager position.
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and system design principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, CI/CD, and modern software stacks.
Knowledge of designing scalable, high-availability, and secure systems.
Knowledge of distributed systems, caching, and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Database design and optimization: SQL (Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).
Knowledge in containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
