1. Order handling:
Order material following JIT system defined by the company
Cooperate with EE Team for purchase item related
Ensure the availability for material in Sonion Vietnam
Cooperate with Procurement, Project, Production departments for new project with purchase item related.
Control the inventory level monthly
2. Documentation for shipment of material related:
Prepare needed document set for material shipment related, such as purchase order (PO), purchase request (PR), agreement (if any), invoice, packing list, Airway bill (bill of lading) and other required document (if any) within
purchasing scope.
Work in co-operation with Import-Export team
Understand financial procedure around CAPEX.
Setting up file system for quotations, catalogue and qualified Suppliers
3. Contacts with suppliers:
Searching for suppliers.
Negotiating best prices and other terms/conditions.
Cooperation with suppliers.
Set up / update price to system
Working with forwarder that qualify for dangerous goods handling and make sure the dangerous goods shipment is transported to Sonion Vietnam in a safe way.
Being proactive to contact to supplier and mitigate the delayed delivery.
4. Other:
Can read and understanding of mechanical drawings & documents
Carrying out other tasks connected with purchasing and cooperation with suppliers and other departments.
Employee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every areas. This content includes but not limited to: ISO on Quality Management, Environment, Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations.
Attending concerned training courses of QMS-ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, OH&SMS-ISO45001 where required.
Working with forwarder that qualify for dangerous goods handling and make sure the dangerous goods shipment is transported to Sonion Vietnam in a safe way
Support Sonion PL purchasing in case needed /peak season.
