Purposes of the Job
To supervise and provide support for day to day activities of the Technical and R&D Team
To ensure all work related to technical and R&D is performed in a safe and efficient manner
Key responsibilities/duties
Supervise Senior Technical and R&D on system requirement: in module controlling: control O2 level, temperature, RH, and overflow
Implemented a control system based on S7-1200 Siemens PLC and modules which is realistic, feasible and reliable in industrial standard and at a competitive building cost;
Coordinate with IT partner for HMI interface design and data monitoring & management system design, make sure the system is working smoothly without any failure and friendly to users, data is properly recorded and back up
Deliver system into commercial usage and follow up to adjust to the practical using requirement before handing to Service and Maintenance Department
Coordinate with Project Team in new projects in the installation, commissioning and conduct training for customers
Make drawing, calculate, purchase materials, equipment etc. for maintenance and service works when requested
Keep all the designed data strictly confidentially recorded and stored as the company intellectual properties
Perform and follow up tests
Study & improve current system
Be expected to proactively participate and contribute ideas and technical solutions
Be responsible to other related tasks assigned by management, including R&D or technical support
Other tasks as required by the Senior Technical and R&D
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related discipline
Technical background sufficient to understand the technologies and technical issues involved with the product/service
Knowledge of Logistic, Procurement
Knowledge of automatic control is a plus
Working experience in installing controlled system, and repairing for air compressor, dryer, humidifier and sensors is a plus
Knowledge of automatic control system: S7-1200 PLC
Experience in managing a team
