Job Summary
The Technical Sales Coordinator - Export is the main point of contact between our international Hunter Douglas units and internal departments (production, technical and logistics), supporting the quotation process, order handling and day-to-day communication for export sales. This role suits someone with a technical or international business background who enjoys customer contact, problem-solving and cross-department coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the costing and quotation process for export orders and overseas customers, working with production and technical teams to ensure accurate, competitive pricing.
• Provide customers with product specifications, pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and other information related to export shipments.
• Receive and process customer inquiries, and coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Support international customers' requests such as product samples, catalogues and technical documentation.
• Assist in preparing export documentation and coordinating with logistics/freight forwarders.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the department Manager.
