Sales Engineer (Plating, ID21297, 1350USD):
Sales & Account Management:
Initiate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for domestic markets.
Plan and execute regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships and maximize satisfaction.
Acquire new clients and expand sales volume from existing accounts by addressing their requirements.
Technical Support & Quotation:
Respond to customer inquiries and prepare accurate commercial quotations.
Collaborate closely with the Technical Service team to support customers and resolve complaints effectively.
Operations & Market Feedback:
Coordinate sales, delivery, and after-sales services for products, chemicals, and equipment.
Gather customer feedback on new product demands and share insights with the Marketing team to expand the portfolio.
Fulfill other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Male/Female. Under 45 years old.
University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer in electroplating or plating chemicals (Strong preference for candidates with experience in Electronics Solutions or PCB plating).
Solid knowledge of electroplating processes and surface treatment technologies.
Fluency in English (both verbal and written) for professional communication.
