Mô tả công việc
1. Product Solution design:
· Accurately understand customer requirements to recommend the most suitable product solutions.
· Analyze and localize competitive strategies for products and solutions.
· Prepare bidding configurations & quotations, and address customer technical & commercial inquiries.
2. Market research and analysis: (collaborating with Vietnam branch marketing team)
· Analyze Renewable & BESS and other smart products market trends
· Identify competitors and technology trends
· Identify and propose new business opportunities
3. Project discovery/planning/execution:
· Planning and managing projects
· Managing project schedule and budget
· Project execution and performance analysis
4. Customer management and sales:
· Analyzing customer requirements and proposing customized solutions
· Identifying new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
· Setting and achieving sales goals
5. Technical cooperation and support:
· Collaborating with headquarters organization and technical team to respond to customers
· Technical support and troubleshooting
6. Reporting and documentation:
· Reporting project progress and results
· Writing and managing related documents
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Energy or related
· 3 years or more experience in technical design for Renewable (Solar, Wind) & BESS
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Fair English communication
