Skills required

Education, Skills and Working Experience required:

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemicals Science, Chemicals Engineer or related field of pulp and paper

2. At least 1 year experience in pulp and paper industries.

3. Good command in English.

4. Must possess excellent Communication skills, Presentation skills, Negotiation, Closing sales skills, Client Relationship, Territory Management, and Motivation for Sales.

5. Self-Confidence and Self -motivation.

6. Demonstrated attitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers

7. Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment

8. Able to work and travel in upcountry and remote area / Flexibility.

9. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications

10. Valid driving's license.

What you will do

Purpose of the Position:

Technical Sales Engineer is responsible to company product (PM1&2) to achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling the company's products and related services. Personally contacts and secures business accounts.

Main Accountability and Responsibilities:

1. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with assigned customer to generate new business for company.

2. Seeking and initiate the new business opportunity then generate the strategy to increase sales in assigned territory by focusing in customer needs, market and competitors analysis.

3. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations for problem/issue elimination and develop customer satisfaction.

4. Forecast sales in timely basis to enable operations planning to ensure the supply.

5. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, Market share position, customer update, market update and competitor update etc.
