Mô tả công việc
- Review inquiries and specific requests from clients/sales team to understand & clarify specifications/data of the spare parts/products. Contact the client to make the inquiries/request clear.- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems- Follow up with clients & resolving any technical issues that may arise.- Establish the technical needs of the client & suggest appropriate spare parts/products.- Understand & prepare documents for the Bid.- Coordinate with Procurement Team to get prices from suppliers & prepare quotations for clients.- Support team for technical issues.- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information- Keep a record of sales trends- Liaise with Sales Director to develop specific sales strategies.- Report to Sales Director
Yêu cầu
• University degree with an engineering background. • At least 3-5 years in the same position. • Fluent in English • Strong interpersonal & communication skills. • Willing to travel within the country and abroad. • Proactive and dynamic.
