Mô tả công việc
Provide professional and timely customer support for engine troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities
Utilize specialized tools, diagnostic software, and standard procedures to perform engine diagnostics, basic repairs, disassembly/assembly, and maintenance services
Collaborate closely with technicians and customer service teams to ensure efficient service operations and escalate complex technical issues when required
Prepare and submit accurate service reports, warranty claims, and high-quality technical documentation upon completion of service activities
Apply basic electrical and mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair diesel engines and power generators safely and efficiently
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards while maintaining tools and equipment in proper working condition
Participate in on-call rotations and work overtime as required by business operations
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering/ Dynamic Mechanics from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology or HCMC University of Technology & Education
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience required
Basic knowledge of and/or hands-on experience with engine products (minimum 2 years)
Ability to disassemble and assemble engines
Experience working in diesel engine service companies is preferred
