Technical Service & Fleet Executive (Technical Sell-Out)

Job purpose:
• Study strategy and network to enhance Sell-Out.
• Standardize Channel capability.
• Training/Monitor/Assess the Store operation (service and equipment)
• Managing Sell-Out activities in North (link to Sell-In result)
Key Responsibilities
1. Standardize market information package
• Study the customer needs and the future trend of Tire industry to identify effective strategy for territory.
• Build up the comprehensive data package by territory/region (inc. competitor movement).
2. Implement commercial Fleet Approach (FA)
• Implement fleet approach program effectively through the FA program, scheme to activate
new fleets
• Collaborate with Sell-in to drive sales and chase expected goals (churn rate, new fleet
acquisition, fleet sale...)
• Support to upgrade human's capability and equipment to adapt BS's requirement.
3. Implement Sell-Out program in territory
• Study Sell-out program by territory.
• Implement, evaluate, report and analysis for next program (PDCA).
4. Lead/Support Team event and Product quality:
• Inspect and handle customer claim issue.
• Conduct Tire test to confirm usage effectiveness and product development (Monitor/Field/Fuel)
• Support & implement the related event (Centralized training, Seminar...).
• Other assignments from company / supervisors.
