We are seeking ambitious and energetic executives to help us expand our LS business: Technical Service & Marketing
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by hunting customers to promote Maha distribution products, boost sales, and forge strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
• Develop Home & Personal Care formulation & prototypes based on customer's requirement.
• Perform benchwork and develop solutions to solve customer's technical problems or to meet technical targets on prioritized projects.
• Work closely with sales team to prioritize technical resources in top customer projects or high potential new business opportunities and ensure to achieve expected technical deliveries.
• Support and collaborate with regional commercial team in marketing campaigns/activities.
• Get in-depth understanding of market product, industry trend and the key technology of popular products in the market to develop application project by utilizing MahaChem's ingredients.
• Research on competitive products, collect information from the market and conduct comparison study and provide feedback if needed.
• Build up strong connections with technical team in other region to exchange the experiences and the best practice for accelerating the projects development.
• Provide technical training to both customers and sales team based on needs.
• Prepare technical presentation, create new contents for digital marketing running in local.
• Organise seminar/workshop by inviting suppliers and customers together with sale team.
• Organise in-house seminar at customer location (invite supplier if necessary)
• Identify and share to sale team on the new local trend, new formulation, new regulation, new supplier/new item, supplier invitation.
