- Provide technical training and handle qualification of inspectors
- Technical review of inspection reports
- Review of Work Instructions
- Provide technical support to Customer Service Team
- Review and monitoring of technical documents such as SOP, WI, ...
- Perform field assessments of internal inspectors, announced audit appointed by Manager;
- Provide technical training to agent, vendor, factory if required
- Handle equipment calibration: daily follow-up and internal calibration
- Support QA coordinator to set up internal calibration procedures of equipment
- Support management during technical meeting with customers
- Back-up for inspection in order to secure the business
- Other additional tasks delegated by direct manager or above Substitute · Technical Supervisor or direct manager
Yêu cầu
- University of relevant fields or at least college level (major in Physical, Mechanic Chem, textile, Forestry depend on the subject of inspection)
- At least 5 yrs as inspector, factory QC, buyer QC,... (advantage if work for 3rd party)
- Good in English (can read and listening English)
- Working under high pressure.
- Willing to travel.
