We are seeking skilled and customer-oriented IT Technical Support to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our end-users, ensuring seamless operation and functionality of desktop systems and peripherals. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of various computer technologies managed by the information Technology team. You will focus on the administration of Amphenol's IT infrastructure to include desktop PC's, notebooks, tablets, cell phones and software applications including ERP, Office 365 etc.
2. Key Responsibilities
• End-User Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, applications, and peripherals. Ensure proficiency in our core systems and applications, including Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365, Fresh service ticketing, PDQ, NinjaRMM, Intune, and Autopilot
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and address complex problems.
• System Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance activities on desktop systems and associated hardware. Ensure antivirus and security software are up to date on all devices.
• Software Deployment: Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of software applications. Provide support for software updates and patches.
• User Training: Conduct user training sessions to enhance end-users' understanding of technology. Create and update user guides and documentation.
• Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Coordinate asset procurement, inventory management, and disposal.
• Remote Support: Provide remote assistance to off-site users, ensuring consistent support quality.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex technical issues.
Yêu cầu
1. Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, Networking, or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in
IT helpdesk, technical support or similar.
2. Technical Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (install, set-up and troubleshoot)
• Rudimentary networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS)
• Proven customer service experience
• Experience with VMware or other hypervisors.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory is preferred.
• Intermediate hardware & software troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows based environment is preferred.

3. Language & Communication Skills (Critical Requirements)
• Native Vietnamese proficiency, with the ability to communicate fluently with local users and prepare documentation in Vietnamese.
• Good English (reading, writing, speaking) is required to ensure seamless collaboration with the HQ team. Good Chinese skill is preferred.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills, sense of responsibility, and proactive reporting and synchronization abilities.
4. Soft Skills
• Excellent service mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly under pressure.
• Strong team player with the ability to act as a "bridge" between HQ and local teams.
• Quick learner with the ability to continuously adapt to new tools and processes promoted by HQ.
