Mô tả công việc

1. Prepare, conduct and evaluate the technical training program;
2. Prepare and design training materials.
3. Carry out research on technical knowledge, information in order to support improve and provide technical solutions;
4. Evaluation performance of training participants, and recommend for optimum of use of skills and competency;
5. Act as a mentor, train the trainer in the subject matter, content and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
6. Assess training needs and certification requirement.
7. Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements and quality management system.
8. Lead development of a training and career development strategy that aligns needs of technical departments.
9. Develop appropriate training solutions and plans that are relevant and cater to the immediate and long term requirement of the Technical departments.
10. Analysis and monitor the training effectiveness and training feedback from the participants to evaluate the training delivery and for quality improvement purpose.
11. Cooperate with HR to investigate the demand of technical training from Departments.

Yêu cầu

1/ EDUCATION: University (Major: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation)
2/ EXPERIENCE: 3 years of technical trainer experience (Manufacturing Industry)
3/ OTHERS:
- Proven experience as technical trainer.
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
- Experience in designing technical course content.
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses.
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
- Excellent organizational and time - management abilities
