Job Purpose
- To assist Training Section Leader to plan, execute and evaluate the effectiveness of operation training programs for Operators, Engineers, and Technicians.
Major Accountabilities
- Define the line training POR (Plan of Record) based on the head count plan from line leaders.
- Build the training plan for new operators and cross/transferred operators.
- Create operation training materials, certification checklists.
- Train the theory and practice sections for operators.
- Certify operators' knowledge and skills following the training and certification process.
- Evaluate operation training quality and do training continual improvements.
- Deliver training changes to operators to make sure operation procedures are well updated to operation workforce.
- Conduct new employee orientation classes, other training courses for operators, staff.
- Solve training related problems/complaints to improve training quality and training hit rate.
- Maintain the training database and report training indicators to stakeholders.

- Total trainees/year (based on stakeholder requests)
- Training hours/year
- Training hit rate: 90% (training productivities)
- Training satisfaction rate: 90% (training feedback)
Yêu cầu
Education : Graduated vocational school or Hold BA degree.
Languages: English ability(Intermediate level speaking, intermediate level Writing)
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a trainer.
Specific Knowledge: Train The Trainer, Product training, Operational training.
