Mô tả công việc

Job Description:
• Operate equipment to attain productivity as production plan
• Follow and maintain process parameter settings as required to ensure outcome quality
• Collaboration with PM Team to build proper maintenance plan to ensure machine in the highest performance.
• Daily conduct CIL, find defect and handle the defect timely.
• Monitor, record and report for exception situations of equipment and incoming materials.
• Take online samples properly as procedure and method so that support QC system to ensure process quality, product quality.
• Record and report sufficiently process parameters and wastage as forms basic
• Responsibility for machine cleaning and infestation control of PMD
• Instruct and manage direct contract staff work on floor follow up OPL/ Work instruction and company regulations.
• Participate engineering projects related to improve machine performance, safety and energy saving, etc.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
• Possess a Degree/Certificate from College/ Vocational school with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess general knowledge in production machinery.
• Advantage if possess engineering experience/ knowledge in areas of manufacturing machines, mechanical fitting skills & knowledge.
• Able to work independently and as a team also willing accept to work under intense pressure or heavy workload.
• Ability to work well and build effective relationship with colleagues & external/counterparts.
• Good understanding of 5S practice.
• Possess basic MS office skills: MS Outlook, Excel, Words, Power Points.
