Technician
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, warranty, and maintain the entire technical system, monitor and maintain the
fire protection system of the building under the assignment of the building's Chief
Engineer.
• Daily inspection and monitoring of equipment to ensure that all technical systems,
including electromechanical systems, operate efficiently and save energy.
• Warranty the electromechanical system in the building daily, monthly, and quarterly
under the direction and assignment of the building's Chief Engineer.
• Closely cooperate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer requests
and complaints.
• Coordinate and ensure that the inspection of machinery, equipment, and assets of the
Building Management Board always operates well and efficiently.
• Share technical information related to customer service.
• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of the building's technical systems:
Electricity, water, lighting system, cameras, air conditioning, fire protection, etc.
• Regularly monitor and inspect the operating status of the building's technical systems,
ensuring that the building is always in good operating condition.
• Supervise contractors during the installation and maintenance of building equipment.
• Fully and responsibly perform the assigned tasks in the shift according to the
regulations of the Management Board as well as the requirements of the person in
charge.
• Strictly comply with regulations on labor safety and fire prevention, and regularly
supervise the implementation with other departments, tenants, and visitors working at
the building.
• Proactively identify and propose solutions to existing problems discovered during
work, especially with technical staff assigned to supervise specialized systems such
as: BMS, air conditioning ventilation, fire alarm.
• Strictly comply with the Management Board's regulations on labor discipline,
behavior, and attitude towards customers.
• Maintain internal unity, always share and help each other, learn and self-learn to
continuously improve knowledge to ensure that the building's technical systems
operate safely and economically.
• Perform other technical tasks as assigned and directed by the Department Head.

• Education: Intermediate or higher in specialized fields (Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Electricity, Refrigeration, etc.); Automation, water supply and drainage, Heat, Mechanics...;
