1. Develop, implement, and maintain technical specifications, garment construction standards, and SOPs.
2. Review and approve patterns, grading, sewing instructions, and sample specifications.
3. Provide technical guidance on fabrics, trims, sewing, and finishing methods to ensure manufacturability.
4. Oversee sample development, conduct fittings, and resolve fit or construction issues.
5. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
6. Identify production bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency.
7. Lead and mentor the technical team, providing training on sewing techniques, quality, and standards.
8. Conduct technical inspections during production and implement corrective actions when necessary.
9. Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow.
10. Communicate with clients for technical clarifications, approvals, and sample feedback.
11. Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and records for audits and reviews.
12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new technologies and best practices to enchance quality and productivity.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1) Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Technology, or related field.
2) Minimum Years of Experience:
5-8 years of experience in garment manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Expertise in garment construction, sewing techniques, fabrics, trims, and finishing.
3) Requirements:
Strong understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, fabrics, trims, and finishing processes
Proficient in pattern making, grading, fitting, and sample development.
Knowledge of production planning, line balancing, and manufacturing efficiency methods
Ability to identify technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Clear communication with design, production, merchandising, and clients.
