Mô tả công việc
- Food safety: ensuring programs and control systems are error-free and 100% free of product recalls from technology system errors.
- Responsible for confirming 100% transfer of all technological processes for the entire industry and synchronizing processes to factories in the responsible industry
- Develop existing technological processes and find solutions to technical problems as well as optimize existing systems to deploy for the product line in charge with the goal of:
- Minimize quality errors from technology
- Maximize recovery efficiency
- Minimize losses generated from the process
- Research and develop new technologies, design, test and deploy new technologies, systems or processes to create new products for the industry in charge
Yêu cầu
• Minimum university degree majoring in food technology, biotechnology, organic chemistry technology, food science technology or related Instant Noodle or Coffee Category.
• Over 5 years of experience working in one of field: Coffee, Noodle, Pho, Vermicelli, Vermicelli technology.
• Over 5 years in a management role designing, developing and implementing complex technical and technological solutions, managing 2 or more factories.
• Have at least 2 achievements in improving technological processes, building new technological processes or projects on reducing costs/improving production process efficiency
• Deep understanding of principles, tools, equipment, systems and technical methods related to the industry in charge
• Experience in project management, including planning, implementation and monitoring
• Priority is given to Technology experts at leading food companies in China, Korea, and Japan.
