Mô tả công việc
* ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Troubleshooting in manufacturing process
- Kaizen (Improve Quality, Productivity/ Cost down)
- Developing manufacturing process for new product
* TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for preparation of GMP documents (IQ, OQ, PQ, PV etc.).
- Conduct various experiments in the production field to decide on the optimal conditions for the production process. For example, setting a scale and method of production that helps in getting high quality, optimizing the product yield and minimizing the cost of production
- Commanding changes in manufacturing and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for advising and educating the production and QC lab staff about each work procedures and problems
- Keep in touch with the suppliers (plus our HQ) and get important information regarding the materials and equipment
- Responsible for coordinating the work of all sections in the production department so that the development (technology transfer from Japan) schedule for product is not delayed
Yêu cầu
- Age: from 22 to 35
- University degree or Master degree of science: Chemical, Physics, Mechanical and Electrical and relevant. Specialized in Pharmaceutical is prioritized
- Have experience of manufacturing or quality control in pharmaceutical factory. Have R&D experience of pharmaceutical field , GMP are preferable
- Expected personality: Curiosity, Cooperativeness, Endurance
- English or Japanese: Fluently.
- Resume (CV) must be written by English enclosed with expected salary.
