About the Role
You will be the primary companion for a group of families, helping teenagers grow into confident, healthy and happy young adults. You build trust with both teens and parents, understand what each family truly needs, and walk the whole developmental journey alongside them. TeenCare handles the rest: interested families, a structured mentoring methodology, Carie (our AI assistant), training, payments and operations.
Your Outcomes
- Build Trust (Win): Listen to new families, show them TeenCare's value through onboarding and trial sessions, and give a clear professional recommendation on the right next step.
- Develop the Teen (Develop): Build a close relationship with each teen, identify barriers, intervene appropriately, and create progress families can see. Use Carie and Master Mentor to prepare, document and track.
- Sustain the Relationship (Retain): Update parents regularly, spot early signs of disengagement or safety risks, and run structured progress reviews that guide the next phase.
Day-to-Day Work
- Confirm your capacity and fit before accepting a new family.
- Review the family brief, data, parents' concerns and Carie's hypotheses before the first meeting, then send a short introduction.
- Proactively follow each family during the trial month.
- Send a summary within 12 hours of Matching session (what you heard and noticed, what matters most, first focus, expected progress).
- Review AI-generated notes and keep family records complete and current.
Not expected: pressuring customers or overstating results; handling payments or paperwork (operations does this); acting as a therapist unless separately qualified and authorized.
Working Commitment
- Average 18 sessions/week (flexible): 60-minute onboarding and 30-minute mentoring sessions, fully remote.
- Mon-Fri: 5:00-9:00 PM (peak slots: 5:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 PM).
- Sat-Sun: 9:00-11:00 AM and 2:00-9:00 PM. Be available for at least four weekend sessions.
- Additional sessions may be needed depending on each family.
- Commit to accompanying students on their 3-12 month journey.
- Start immediately after completing the training program.
Performance Metrics
- Attendance: 85%+ sustainable student attendance.
- Outcomes: 70%+ of assigned students show measurable improvement in learning, wellbeing or personal development.
- CSAT: average 4.6/5 or higher; all concerns and negative feedback addressed promptly.

- Connects with teens and earns their respect without lecturing.
- Curious and diagnostic: finds out what is really happening before advising.
- Calm, confident with parents, and willing to recommend a long-term path (e.g., "Your child needs about six months on this goal").
- Strong ownership, empathy and professionalism; enjoys building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Committed to lifelong learning and growing into a world-class mentor.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from universities such as USSH, University of Education, ULIS, Diplomatic Academy, Foreign Trade University, or equivalent.
- Academic excellence (specialized high school, competitions or overseas study is a plus).
- Strong English listening: IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent.
Path to Becoming a Mentor Partner
- Apply and screening.
- Mentor Academy training: Mentoring Craft & Safety, Family Leadership, Practice Growth, TeenCare Operating System (Carie, documentation, scheduling).
- Certification through realistic practice: hard-to-reach teen, anxious parent, full onboarding, recommendation conversation, written family summary.
- Launch period: new families at a controlled pace, with observation, AI-assisted analysis and weekly coaching.

Compensation
- Base income: 4,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND/month.
- 100,000 VND per 60-minute matching 1:1 session.
- 50,000 VND per 30-minute delivery 1:1 session.
- Commission bonus for student renewals and upgrades, paid monthly for as long as the student stays.

Training & Development
- Comprehensive onboarding, weekly coaching, and a structured curriculum and mentoring framework.
- Ongoing training in mentoring and coaching, family communication, SPIN Selling, customer relationship management, negotiation, comprehensive sexuality education, social-emotional learning, and leadership.
- Monthly learning forums, mentoring circles, workshops and an internal learning platform.
- "Your Practice" dashboard showing your families, capacity, results and how to unlock more opportunities.
- Carie to support preparation and documentation.
