Mô tả công việc
* Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation:
o Follow-up campaigns (email, mailer, etc.) via phone and email
o Follow-up event invitation (seminar, exhibition, roadshow, etc.)
- Lead nurturing:
o Nurturing cold lead to become a warm/hot lead
o Qualify incoming inquires
- Segment marketing qualification:
o Qualify contact's application and product interests
- Providing monthly updates reports through regular communication or team meetings
* Desired Outcomes / KPIs
- Number of successful calls: 6,500 per year
- Number of leads generated: 600 per year, out of which at least 50% are warm/hot
Yêu cầu
- Education: Diploma in business or engineering field
- English: read and speak basic English
- Computer skills: Ms. Office
- Experience: Prior telemarketing skills is preferred but not compulsory (junior level is acceptable)
- Competencies:
o Good telephone and communication skills - is professional and can speak confidently over the phone
o Not afraid to talk to people from all walks of life and must enjoy speaking to people
o Good Interpersonal skill
o Consistent worker and management of assigned tasks and schedule

- Internal: Marketing team, Sales team
- External: Customers
