Job Purpose:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive focused on Supply Chain (Engineering, Logistics, Production) & Supporting Functions (Finance, Digital & Technology, HR, Procurement) hiring.
You will play a critical role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies that align with our business goals. Your efforts will directly impact our success by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Execution: Work closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to align on hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for assigned functions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online channels, such as social media, job portals, and professional platforms, to source potential candidates and build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling recruiting emails and messages to attract passive candidates and encourage them to explore opportunities with us.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review incoming resumes and applications, conduct phone/video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Job Advertising: Manage job postings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internal platforms to ensure maximum visibility and reach.
- Shortlisting and Offer Management: Provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates and facilitate the offer process, including sending job offer emails and addressing compensation and benefits queries.
- Onboarding Support: Act as a consultant to new hires, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to support activities that enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with prior recruitment experience for FMCG industry and/or Back-Office/Supporting functions.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Proficiency in database management and record-keeping.
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
