Mô tả công việc
• To develop potential customers/students and manage customer services.
• To develop and manage partnerships with external education consultants/agents and other related organizations in Vietnam and overseas, in order to find new potential students
• To meet & discuss with international partners and attend related training programmes, workshops/ conferences on overseas studies
• To manage all the support activities for the service on study abroad: conferences organization, advertising and communication.
• To consolidate, compile, and manage all documents related to the service, in order to support advertising, market research and serve as references.
• To consult potential students, and their parents
• To provide all information related to the overseas study programmes, application process and visa progress
• To support students in preparation of study application and US visa application
• To organize pre-departure briefings to students with successful application
• To manage and coordinate the summer immersion programme at overseas partner universities; to consult and provide all the information related to the programme, and support potential students in preparation.
• To report on progress periodically as required by Head of Department/ Supervisor
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor degree in Business, Management or Marketing is a strength.
• Experience at least 2 years in Education Consultancy Service
• Strong knowledge in terms of Internationally Standardized Examinations: TOEFL, SAT, IELTS, GMAT etc
• Good knowledge of overseas studies in general and American Education System in particular.
• IELTS 6.5 or above
• Experience of studying in America/ UK/ Australia/ Singapore etc is an advantage (Studying in America is preferable)
• Good ability to communicate well with students and their parents
• Good ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good ability to make an appropriate recruitment plan.
