Mô tả công việc
Receive, consult, provide quotations, and handle testing requests from customers (buyers, vendors, factories) for textile and garment products.
Guide customers in filling out test request forms, and verify the information on the forms and samples.
Understand test manuals and technical standards for various markets (USA, EU, Korea) to accurately identify required test items.
Monitor test progress, communicate with clients, explain test results (if needed), and handle service-related inquiries.
Yêu cầu
Knowledge of testing standards and regulations for the U.S., EU, and Korean markets
Experience: 2-3 years or more.
Good English communication skills.
Knowledge of Korean, Chinese is a plus.
Textile: Merchandise experience in the manufacturing company of textile garment will be an advantage.
