Mô tả công việc
Develop and optimize test programs for ICT, FCT (Functional Circuit Test),....
Design and implement test fixtures for PCBA validation and production testing.
Analyze and troubleshoot PCBA test failures, working closely with production and quality teams to identify root causes and improve yield.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing test plans and ensuring smooth transfer to mass production.
Maintain and improve test station performance, ensuring high reliability and repeatability.
Work with R&D and process engineering teams to define test coverage, test limits, and automation strategies.
Monitor and optimize test yield, cycle time, and equipment utilization.
Ensure compliance with IPC standards, ISO 9001, and other relevant industry certifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, ME, Production, Quality) to improve product testability and reliability.
Provide technical training and support for operators and technicians on test procedures and debugging techniques.
Document test procedures, test cases, and failure analysis reports for internal and customer use.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Electronics,
Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Experience with ICT (Agilent, Teradyne, Keysight), FCT, and boundary scan testing.
Strong programming skills in LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++, or Python for test automation.
Hands-on experience in developing and debugging test fixtures and test jigs.
Knowledge of GR&R, MSA, and statistical process control (SPC) for test validation.
Experience with communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN) for functional testing.
Ability to analyze schematics, PCB layouts, and use debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).
Fluent in English (Chinese is an advantage).
Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment and support multiple projects
More experience can be considered as Senior Testing Engineer.
