EEFA ENGINEER:
1. Conduct bench test all failure audio, RF signals which follow type of failure from Test station
2. Checking schematic circuit to define which block or passive component related to failure signal & conduct measurement & compare with spec by oscilloscope, DMM, SMU machine
3. Conduct send command in program to check each failure signal & compare with ok sample
4. Discussing to PFA Eng. to conduct physical analysis to find out root cause related to process or material
5. Making FA report and meeting with customer & relationship team
6. Bring up & validation FA board, tools for new production
7. Clear and comfortable communication with customer in English
RF TEST ENGINEER
1. Working on wireless system (Connectivity, Cellular, 5G) bring-up, integration, development, validation and manufacture processes.
2. Practical knowledge of wireless test verification and validation test equipment and systems including building blocks, RF systems characteristics of building blocks, test system design, implementation and commissioning.
3. Conduct analysis to attain optimum yield and superior product quality
4. NPI setup : project leading, test machine buyoff, test process
5. Test process & system improvement : yield/quality/productivity enhancement
6. Test S/W&H/W management : test program, test fixtures
7. planning and implementing RF testing system setups and procedures to assess RF platform-level performance during product development and mass-production manufacturing
8. Clear and comfortable communication with customer in English
TEST PROCESS ENGINEER
1. Test Process Engineer Experience
2. Provides technical support to Test Manufacturing Operations and guidance on process implementation - Issue SOP, Support technician to solve issues in production
3. Conduct analysis to attain optimum yield and superior product quality
4. NPI setup : project leading, test machine buyoff, test process
5. Test process & system improvement : yield/quality/productivity enhancement
6. Test S/W&H/W management : test program, test fixtures
7. Communication with other teams : Tracking of information on the SiPs, Checking test results
8. Clear and comfortable communication with customer in English
Yêu cầu
1.Educational background:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics and Information Technology Engineering
2. Experiences:
• More than 3 years' experience of FA/ RF Test/ TE/ Electrical, Electronics and Automation Engineering
• Preference Experience in Semiconductor or EMS(Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry
3. Skills:
• English Communication Skill mandatory, Korean preference
• Experience in FCT/ICT, Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Experience with basic programming knowledge
• Hands-on experience using lab equipment including spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope...
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation
• Good attitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding.
