RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement production tests that ensure the quality and the functionality of a product.
Write production test plans and DFPT (Design For Production Testing) analysis.
Develop and fabricate
testers and fixtures.
Write automated test programs.
Participate in the development of test solutions.
Write maintenance instructions for testers and fixtures.
Write test procedures and tester operating instructions.
Qualify testers, fixtures, test procedures.
Provide technical guidance to the manufacturing team for tester maintenance

REQUIREMENTS
Educational background in Mechatronics, Automation or Electronics
At least 2 years of experience in electronics-related fields (e.g., EMS, SMT, PCB design and fabrication)
Intermediate communication skills in English
Intermediate comprehension of electronic components (inductor, triode, opamp, varistor, microcontroller, CPLD/FPGA) and circuits (switching power supply, active filter).
Experience using standard test instruments (oscilloscope, DC load, LCR, AC source).
Intermediate level in Python or another high-level programming language (OOP, Inheritance, Modules, Algorithms, data structures).
Intermediate technical writing skills.
Proficient at drawing wiring diagrams.
Experience with PCB CAD software (e.g., Altium, KiCad).
Experience with 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
Knowledge of standard statistical analysis (e.g., Gaussian distribution, CpK)
Experience running DFPT analysis.
Nice to have:
Experience in C programming.
Fundamental knowledge of image processing tools (e.g., OpenCV)
Familiarity with version control systems (SVN, git)
