Test Lead (Contractor)

Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities.
Develop and manage test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution schedules.
Collaborate with business users, external partners (OSAT, Foundries), developers, solution architects, and project managers to define testing scope and objectives.
Drive Internal integration testing, external partner testing etc...
Monitor and generate testing progress indicators, identify risks, track defects, and provide regular status reporting to project stakeholders.
Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Validate business processes, system integrations, data flows, and reporting functionalities.
Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and manufacturing operational needs.
Support release readiness assessments and go-live activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across IT, manufacturing, supply chain, and external vendors.
Qualification/ Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
.Minimum 3+ years of experience leading test execution activities in IT projects
.Experience supporting manufacturing systems, factory operations, MES, ERP, supply chain, or production-related applications is mandatory
.Strong understanding of defect management processes
.Experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT
)Experience in external partner B2B testing is added an added advantag
eAbility to manage multiple testing activities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
.Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders
.Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or equivalent
.Japanese language is added advantag
