Mô tả công việc
Full time Test Prep teacher is responsible for:
1. Be the key teacher in the IvyPrep center:
• Provide sufficient teaching hours as required;
• Substitute teaching when required;
• Follow the requirements stated in the Teacher Handbook (the latest version - 2018);
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of Academic Associates partnered with.
2. Take part in teaching quality improvement process:
• Observe classes and suggest improvements for other colleagues;
• Marking, grading and reporting as required
• Coordinate closely with CM, AM, AC to find solutions for academic adhocs, solutions for teaching and learning quality improvement;
• Conduct 1 workshop on teaching and learning quality every 2 months;
• Take the leading role in the center's academic related activities;
• Propose the training needs of teachers;
• Coordinate with the CM, AM, AC in the internal auditing process.
Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES :
- University degree in English Language, TESOL or Master degree on English linguistics preferred;
- A teaching certificate (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA) is preferred;
- If not a native speaker, preferred ONE OF International Certificates of Language Proficiency: TOEFL 94 or above;
- IELTS 7.0 or above.
- At least 2 years of experiences in teaching English for children aged from 6 to 13.
- Preferred knowledge on teaching methodologies, principles and methods for curriculum and training design.

- Communication and presentation skills;
- Team working and decision making;
- Multi-tasking, working under high pressures, organization
- Willing in professional development;
- High commitment with the center.
- Willing to travel for teaching in HCMC
